Care Plan

Hosting watched, and dealt with when it breaks
Backups taken and actually tested
Security and dependency updates applied
Two hours of small changes each month, rolled over up to six
Cancel with a month's notice, no exit fee

Anything that does not work as agreed gets fixed, free

How the terms work

The care plan is the honest version of a retainer: it buys attention, not an SLA I would have to break the first time two clients need me on the same morning.

Your work goes to the front of the queue, on a direct line, answered the next working day. Hours are Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm.

How payment works

Same terms on every project, agreed in writing before I start.

50 / 50 SPLIT

Half on project start, half on delivery. Larger projects can be split into milestone payments instead.

FIXED SCOPE

The quote covers exactly what's written in the agreement. Anything added later is quoted separately, never billed by surprise.

YOU OWN IT

On final payment, the code and all assets are yours. No lock-in, no licence fees, no hostage situations.

THIRD-PARTY COSTS

Domain, hosting, and payment gateway fees are paid directly by you to those providers — I don't mark them up.
